I'm a web-programmer currently based out of Columbus, NC. I have 10 years of experience in computer technology varying from desktop support, server maintaince, programming of both client-side, and web applications. My speciality is web applications in the LAMP(Linux Apache MySQL PHP) environment that allow for easier content, and/or information management and reporting.
One of the highlights of my career was developing a LAMP based intra-net for a seminiar marketing company from the ground up. It included:
- Sales Contact Management
- Seminar administration(add/remove/edit)
- Reservation acceptance
- Clientside attendance reports
Another major project I developed was the initial version of Dine Wilmington Online. Along with these major projects, I have been a part of many smaller projects for small to mid-sized companies.
I have experience modifying some of the open source php applications. I have preformed modifications to phpBB, OS Commerce, and PHP-Nuke. Aside from PHP, I have also completed projects using ASP, Java, Javascript/AJAX, XML, Actionscript(Flash), and Visual Basic.
